Did anyone see Anne Burrell coat fish with instant potatoes?

I was watching an episode of "Secrets of a Restaurant Chef" and she coated some kind of fish with a mixture made with instant potato flakes. I was busy and didn't pay atttention to the recipe or process because I thought I could find it online. Now I'd like to try it out for the in-laws and I can't find it anywhere.

Does anyone know what I'm referring to?
