According to David's facebook page, they've sold over 75,000 pre-orders so far.

@Krimpette..... they said on the show yesterday that if you order & pay for it via the Q card when the book is shipped they will issue a credit of $3.50 to the Q card thus free shipping 😊

I ordered during the show and it does show shipping. They said it would be credited when it ships if you use the q card.
