Don't get me wrong most of Wolfgang Puck's products are nice and no problem, but, watch out if you have his deep fryer. The metal  prongs on the handle that you insert in  the fry basket are dangerous when your dealing with hot 400' oil.

The fry basket has the metal inserts where you attach the handle to and that is some cheap, bendable metal that is not reliable when you go to attach a heavy basket  of chicken it's not solid/reliable fit. The

prongs do not stay put and want to slide out and the whole basket can slip and  splash HOT oil  towards  your  face.

I threw my basket out and now to keep from  losing a 120.00 purchase I drop the individual pieces of chicken down myself.

The chicken pieces float,so, you can turn them. I was afraid they would stick to the heating element, but, thank  God they don't the chicken will float upwards like donots.

Just a BEWARE recommendation. Nobody wants   to be disfigured or burned bad by hot oil on the face. My cheapie deep fryer (Grandaddy) from walmart is built better it's more for 1-2 people though  take forever  to deep fry a chicken in it.
