Does anyone know the name of the cookies David made on his 3/7 show and where the recipe is posted? They looked DELICIOUS!!!!

He called them Cowboy Cookies (I think???)

Go to QVC homepage, scroll down page until you see his picture with ITKWD, click on it and it will take you to his ITKWD page, scroll down to picture of him that says David's recipes.

It's there on the link that @KingstonsMom provided. Click on that link, then click on cookies, cakes and pies. Cowboy Cookies come up.

Cowboy Cookies are a real blast from the past! I hadn't thought about them in a long time. They are a lot like the Doubletree Hotel Cookies I have always been wild about!

Back in 2000 Family Circle magazine had a cookie bakeoff contest for cookie recipes from both presidential candidates wives. The Cowboy Cookies won against a gingersnap recipe. It wasn't probably a fair contest because chocolate wins every time doesn't it? LOL!!!

Anyway just a bit of trivia for fun. The recipe has been around a L O N G time!
