Where can I find David Venable's low-carb cookbooks?

He does not have a Low Carb cookbook.  You can take recipes from his past cookbooks and make changes to reduce the carbs.

No low-carb cookbook.  He just talks low-carb non-stop ad nauseum.  Can one be far behind though?

@Kachina624  I give him so much credit for his weight loss/being healthier but it's got to be hard for the food vendors who are trying to sell during David's shows when he doesn't eat/try their products like he used to & then he talks so much about his low carb diet.

@snipsnapsnur  I'm sure he is working on a low-carb cookbook. I agree with @colleena that it's so difficult to lose weight (at middle age) when you are selling all sorts of food. It seems as though he is starting to taste the high-carb items on his shows, but not inhaling them. I wonder about his relying on fake sugar in some of his recipes. That has not been helpful with my hubs in his fight against diabetes. I went on a "good carb" lifestyle about 11 years ago, and that was a good choice for my family as well. I hope David transitions to a "good carb" instead of just what he calls a "low carb" diet.

I really wish that QVC would be more forthcoming about the nutritional values of their food. I'm diabetic and control it thru diet, staying low carb and low sugar is a big part of it.

David said in one of the coffee talks that qvc would have to approach him about writing a low carb cookbook and it would go from there. He also said he isn't using certain sugar substitutes because it just tricks the body. When he does, he mentioned he likes coffee creamer made with stevia. He said stevia works well for him and each person has to find that out for themselves.
