I've seen this easy candy recipe for years, and today I put some together. You take a small pretzel and place a rolo candy on top. Bake at 300 for 4 min. Immediately place a pecan half on top, chill till set. I just tried one and they are dangerously tasty . I will pack them up shortly for a gift, but maybe try one more, you know just to be sure they are good. 😸

Yes, those turtles! I've made them more than once!!
I just keep them in the oven for about 2 minutes.

These are dangerous too. Very addicting. LOL!!! I can't stay away from them.
Chocolate Peanut Butter Balls
Serves: 27 servings
1 c crunchy peanut butter
1/4 c butter, softened
1 c powdered sugar
2 c Rice Krispies cereal
1 1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate morsels
2 T vegetable shortening
54 mini-muffin paper cups
In large electric mixer bowl, beat peanut butter, margarine and sugar on medium speed until thoroughly combined.
Add Rice Krispies cereal, mixing thoroughly.
Shape into balls. Place each ball in candy paper cup. Refrigerate.
Melt chocolate morsels and shortening in small saucepan, over low heat, stirring constantly.
Spoon 1 teaspoon melted chocolate over each peanut butter ball. Refrigerate until firm.
Store in refrigerator.

@QVCkitty1 MMMMMMMM.........It is only fitting that you would need to sample the baked goods to be sure they are up to gifting! Yes, turtles are dangerous for sure.::
