Yes, I can eat leftovers for days, for lunch or dinner. Still tastes great. We can eat them in different ways too.

@Luvsmyfam I grew up eating leftovers and continue to do so today in my 60's. My momma would say don;t get above your raising!

With the price of groceries today it makes sense for us to have leftovers. My philosophy is cook once and eat at least twice, changing things up a bit the next time. Many foods taste better the second time around. DH has no problem with eating leftovers. Sometimes he will suggest having it himself.

I make more than enough on purpose so I don't have to cook everyday, my husband enjoyes leftovers. Waste not want not. I can't imagine not eating leftovers...so wasteful.

Since it's only me now and I have never loved cooking, I make leftovers on purpose. I cook maybe 2 or three dinners a week and portion out the leftovers to put in freezer. Then I can just shop in my freezer to see what I want for dinner and have a homemade meal.

If it's chili or homemade spaghetti sauce or something like that - yes. Otherwise, no. Don't like any protein or grilled vegetables reheated. We just cook enough for 2 people and that is it. We don't take home food from restaurants.
