I am going to make this next week....have the ingredients on my order.  I think I will use a cup of shredded cheddar instead of cubed cheese....hope it works out ok.

@Patriot3 I don't think using dill pickle relish will be the same.  The crunch factor won't be there and I think the pickle relish might have some sugar in it...unlike regular dill pickles in a jar.
