DID JILL BAUER HAVE A PEANUT BUTTER BLOSSOM COOKIE RECIPE?

I could totally be remembering this incorrectly, but I thought I used Jill Bauer's recipe for Peanut Buitter Blossom Cookies last year.  Does anyone know if she had one, and if so, do you have the recipe?

The one I made was pretty simple and very good.  Maybe I've just got it  in my head that it her recipe.  LOL

@12andcountingThis is her recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 1 (14-oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 2 cups pancake mix
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 bag chocolate drops
  • Granulated sugar (in a bowl for coating)
Preparation:
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Beat the milk and peanut butter until smooth. Add the pancake mix and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Shape the batter into 1-inch small balls and roll them in the granulated sugar. Place the dough balls 2'' apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until the tops are a very light golden brown. (Check the bottom of the cookies often to prevent burning.)
  4. Immediately push an unwrapped chocolate drop in the center of each cookie. Allow to cool thoroughly before storing in a tight container.

One of my former co-workers used to bring a S'mores version of blossom cookies to our holiday cookie exchange:

1 1/4 cups flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

8 tbsp softened butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup brown sugar

1 cup graham cracker crumbs (8 whole rectangles)

1 egg

1 tsp vanilla

12 big marshmallows cut in half (greased scissors do a good job)

24 Hershey kisses

Whisk together flour, baking powder and soda, and salt in bowl.  In another bowl, beat together butter, sugars, and 3/4 cup cracker crumbs with electric mixer until creamy.  Stir in egg and vanilla.  Stir in flour until just combined.

Roll tablespoons of dough into balls.  Roll balls in rest of cracker crumbs.  Bake on parchment-lined baking sheet at 350 degrees until just starting to crack, 8-10 minutes.  Let cool for a couple minutes on baking sheet.

Place oven rack about 10" below broiler element, then preheat broiler.

Place marshmallow half on top of each cookie, cut side down.  Broil until golden brown, about 30 seconds.  Immediately push chocolate kiss in middle of top of marshmallow.  Let cool until kiss stops melting.

@hayseed00 I am not a baker, I have two questions. Is a chocolate drop a Hershey's Kiss, and do you use regular sugar, not confectioners sugar?

@Jordan2  Yes a chocolate drop is a Hershey Kiss and you should use regular sugar, not confectioners sugar.  Have a great day.
