DEEP FRYED SHREDDED POTATOE BASKETS

I need the recipe for shredded potatoe baskets. I have the two piece basket mold but have lost the recipe folder. I want to make the baskets and then fill them with creamed peas for a Mother's Day luncheon I'm giving this Wednesday. And now I can't find the recipe!! I think you shred the potatoes and add a beaten egg,salt and pepper (maybe a little flour) help if you can as I am in panic mode right now!!
