@momtochloe    I wish I had a solid solution for you.  It will change the outcome, of course, but maybe you could try adding a little extra citrus juice and substitute flat leaf parsley or even a few spinach leaves for the basil.   If you find an acceptable replacement, I'd appreciate hearing back from you.

@eddyandme   Peeling the peaches is your option.  I left the skin on.

Oh sorry my friend @IamMrsG , I was just teasing as I always insist I don't like basil and then scarf down a new recipe loaded with it!  I will try your recipe as is!  Heart
