I make my own, but never knew a recipe was needed!  Smiley Happy

 

I like, at least to use for my dressing for Thanksgiving, to use sourdough bread.   I buy a whole, unsliced loaf, to cut into square bits because I think that works best.  Sometimes I don't find whole loaves at the store and that's a drag but usually I can find one.   

 

One way I find that works well for getting the bread coated is a large, like a gallon-size, ziplock baggie.   After I put the bread, olive oil, seasonings, etc, in, I keep it fat with air and zip it up, then shake vigorously between my hands.

lol ChickenButt.  me, I need a recipe for every thing  Smiley Happy  Thank you for the info. Sourdough would be a good idea too!
