I just wanted to say that this recipe looked like something interesting.
So me being me I couldn't resist making it. I made it yesterday for
dinner. We thought it was really good..It does make a lot for 2 people
to eat. So since it turned out good I just had to share it with my neighbor.
Figured after they get home from work all they would have to to id heat
and eat.
Thanks for posting the recipe

Sounds really good, but I think I will put more than 2 cups chicken in for that amount of spaghetti.

i'm usually feeding 4 to 6 people that are hungry! wonder if the recipe doubled would fit in a standard crock pot? was the crock pot filled to the top with the original recipe? thanks - always looking to avoid banging pots and pans after work!

So glad you enjoyed it! It does make a lot for 2 people. We ate it for 2 1/2 days and still had some left. I figure it will be great for when the brother and his family of 4 visit.
