Crock Pot Tangy Beef Country Style Ribs

2 medium Onions, chopped

2 Celery Ribs, chopped

1 large Green Pepper, sliced

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Stewed Tomatoes

1/2 c Ketchup

2 T Cider Vinegar

2 T Brown Sugar

2 T Worcestershire Sauce

1 T Lemon Juice

1 t Beef Bouillon Granules

Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper, place in crock pot. Add Onions, Celery, Bell Pepper, and Tomatoes. Combine Ketchup, Vinegar, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon Juice, and Beef Bouillon. Mix well and pour over meat and vegetables. Cook on low 5-6 hours or until meat and vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.

This recipe is also good using pork chops, chicken breast, stew beef, cubed steak, or steak strips.
