I love peppercorn & garlic dressing together,but could not find any,so I happen to come across this recipe and I love it.it is so simple to make.

Creamy pepper & garlic dressing

1 cup light or fat free Mayo

1/3 cup 1% milk,you could use skim if want you wanted to.

2 T cider vinegar-I used only 1 T

1 t each of sugar,salt,minced garlic ( more if you want to )depends on your taste.

1 t coarsely gd.pepper

Whish all ingredients until well blended.Store in frig airtight up to one month.
