CREAMY WATERMELON PIE
1 Pkg. (3 0z) Watermelon Jello
1/4 cup boiling water
1-12 oz. Cool Whip
2 cups cubed watermelon
1 graham cracker crust
1. In a large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool to room temp.
2. Whisk in Cool Whip. Fold in cubed watermelon. Spoon into prepared cooled crust.
3. Refrigerate 2 hours or until set.
Hints: Can use any flavor Jello and fruit. I used peach Jello with 2 cups chopped fresh peaches and Strawberry/Banana Jello with chopped strawberries and bananas.
