I have a  recipe  called Cranberry Mousse. Uses jellied cranberry sauce with rasp jello and then whipping cream is whipped in. Is a wonderful side or even dessert.

I used to make a cranberry jello dish for pot-luck holiday dinners. The recipe was from a Better Homes and Garden cookbook I received as a young bride decades ago. It was always a hit. I didn't cut it into squares as pictured in the attached recipe. I just set it out and watched it disappear! It's delicious...

It's best to start the day before so the jello sets and you have time to prepare the topping. I believe I always doubled the recipe. I hope this helps.
