This is really, really, good... I never really liked Cranberry Relish until I tried this one..My friend gave this recpt. years ago.. give it a try, I'm sure you will love it.

1 bag fresh cranberries

1 unpeeled green apple. [seeded]

1 unpeeled RED apple. [seeded]

1 good size orange, [seeded but not peeled]

1 can crushed pineapple [with juice]

Grind together in blender.

I always grind the cranberries first and then add the other ingredients one at a time.

It takes a little while to marry the above, when all is ground well add 2 c white sugar.... and blend well together...Now, allow to to stand in blender for 2 hours...

Meantime... bring 3 cups water to a boil and add 1 [sml] box orange jello and 1 [sml] box lime jello. stir well, and then transfer to a good size bowl, stir again and then set aside for 2 hours

End of 2 hours.. transfer the blender ingredients into the jello mix.

Ref. until set.. I usually make mine the nite before and put in Ref. until next day... very good, NOT thick...
Love it over turkey

I have used splenda, and sugar free jello's..... hubby is diabetic.. it comes out very good.. It is just a little thicker if using reg. sugar and reg. jello.....

It does take the 2 hours to reach room temp... it is better that you don't cool jello in ref..
