1 lb crabmeat

2 heaping tbsp mayonnaise

2 eggs, lightly beaten

1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 small onion, minced

1/2 tbsp dry mustard

18 Ritz crackers, crumbled

Stir everything except the crackers together in a bowl.  Stir in crackers just before forming into patties.

Fry in butter for 10 minutes/side until crispy on the outside.
