This is another quiche from my first cooking instructor--delicate, flavorful and so easy to make--lovely for brunch, too!

Crab Quiche

2 beaten eggs

1/2 c. milk

1/2 c. mayonnaise

2 Tbsp. flour

7 1/2 oz can drained crabmeat (or frozen)

1 8oz. pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded

1/2 c. green onion (scallion)

Mix together in order given and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350* for 40 min. Enjoy!
