Corn Muffins

Today, I made the best corn muffins ever.

I used Jiffy mix and made 2 boxes. After adding the right amounts of milk and eggs, I added shredded Mexican cheese, diced jalapeno peppers and honey. Man O' Manischewitz - were they ever good. {#emotions_dlg.thumbup} 12 perfectly even muffins.
