Corn Balls

1 pkg stuffing mix with seasoning

1 1/2 cups celery...diced

1/4 cup onion...diced

1 can cream corn

1 can chicken broth

pepper to taste

3/4 stick butter

Mix stuffing mix, corn, celery, onion and chicken broth together. Shape into balls. Place in a buttered casserole dish dish. Melt butter and pour over corn balls. Bake at 350* for about 30 minutes.

***When I made these I would use an ice cream scoop to make the balls. I really liked this with chicken, then I would make a "chicken" gravy and serve it over the balls...soo good!
