That's a good question with bone-in or not for cooking time. It makes a difference sometimes but not always. I think with pork cooking time is about the same. I would just check with a meat thermometer.

3 hours seems too long to me to cook the pork ribs in the first picture.
I just put 12 lbs of the ribs in the second picture in the oven. Because they are all thick, meaty pieces, I upped my oven temp to 350, and will cook tightly covered for 2 hours. I will remove the bones, place in a Pyrex baking dish, cover with sauce and put back in the oven for 30 min.
