If cooking oxtails in the oven, use "oven bags."  No mess or clean up.  You can even add your veggies including rice into the roasting bag too!

I add about 1/4 tsp baking powder to my scrambled eggs to make them fluffier.  Scramble 4 eggs and 2 tbsp milk, then whisk in baking powder and let sit for 5 minutes.  Rewhisk eggs and cook.

To make a good chinese stir fry use oyster sauce, sesami oil and some soy sauce.  I learned this from a Chinese co worker, very tasty sauce.

@spumoni99 We've always been close to that and I can't wait to try this one!  We do  Soy, Sherry and Ginger.  A secret I have is use a sweet sherry, if your recipe calls for a little sugar.

1. To prep Russet potatoes for mashed potatoes, wash, peel and cut up potatoes. Put them in a pot of cold water cover and cook later that day/night, Saves a lot of time when you are making supper.

2. When making oatmeal, pop in some peanut butter and let melt. As much or as little as you want.

3. When keeping fresh fish in the refrigerator before cooking, let the fish rest in a milk bath til ready, it  will take away any fishy taste/smell.
