Cookies with potato chips and others with pudding

In looking the last 2 days at a bunch of my cookie cookbooks really well, I've found a few recipes this year I want to try. I have 3 different ones with potato chips in them. I choose 1 to try, and a few others with instant pudding in them. With the Ninja we tried cupcakes with pudding and loved them. So now I want to try a couple with pudding in them.

Anyone else have a recipe they use with the potato chips or pudding that you especially like? It's getting fall and time to bake around here. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
