Google Cookies With A Filling inside. There’s recipes. One is a Nutella stuffed cookie. Red velvet cream cheese stuffed cookie.

Look for a recipe for a Kiffle.  these are amish cookies with usually a nut or fruit filling.  They are delicious. not hard to make, but a little time consumming.  they are sort of like a butter cookie with various filling.  Apricot, strawberry, rasberry etc.
