COOKIE DOUGH DIP

1 stick butter, very softened

1/4 cup dark brown sugar 1 tablespoon vanilla

1 pkg. (8 oz) cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

pinch of salt

strawberries, apples, and Cookie Crisp Cereal for dipping

Directions

In a large bowl or stand mixer, beat together the butter and brown sugar until the brown sugar is mostly dissolved.

Add the vanilla, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Beat until soft and fluffy. Add the chocolate chips and salt. Stir together to mix.

Spoon cookie dough dip into a large serving bowl. Serve with strawberries, Cookie Crisp cereal, and sliced apples (or other fruits) for dipping.
