@spent2much   Your post TITLE made me smile and think...  those were the days when we could have COMPANY COMING!  I miss those days.  We didn't have our 22nd annual NYE party 3 weeks ago, and have had no company for way tooooo long. 

Not expecting any in the foreseeable future either.  Being VERY CAREFUL.

The recipe, however, looks very tasty!  Why wait for company!!!!  THANKS.

@spent2much   Just pulled your recipe up to make.  Is that plain tomato sauce or a jarred tomato sauce (spaghetti sauce).

@Zhills I just used jarred tomato sauce - whatever kind I had on hand.
