This is my favorite TJ's cold brew concentrate for summer. I use a splash of their coconut & almond vanilla creamer a bit of coconut milk. Delicious! 

They also carry a non-concentrate cold brew that is excellent.

And speaking of cold brew--if you have a Trader Joe's near you--this is some of the best "ice cream" ever. It's actually non-dairy but it's smooth and the boba pieces are soft and chewy. It's heavenly! I'd tell you how many pints I've bought so far but, well, you know how that ends!

I know that feeling. I wish we had Wegman's here but it seems there are no plans to bring them to the west coast. One of the reasons I'm a little hesitant to post about all my favorite TJ's products is I know they're not available to everyone. 

I'd love to send you some coffee ice cream but it seems we're heading into a heatwave and it would arrive as a big, coffee-soupy mess!

I had a little cold brew caramel and a little mocha  left, but not enough of either to make a full glass, so I mixed the two.  Boy, that was a nice discovery.  I then decided to make a big batch of caramel-mocha on purpose!
