Clarification needed from Lilbitmissty on one of your recipes

Hi LBM, Hope you are well. I was looking at your Slow Cooker Italian Ravioli Casserole recipe that was recently provided by tiny2 in the thread calling for posters to share your recipes. How many does this recipe serve and what size slow cooker do you use? There are some large quantities of ingredients listed (2- 26 oz pasta sauce... 12 oz less than half a gallon; and 2- 25 oz pkgs frozen ravioli). Are these correct amounts? If yes, would halving the recipe face t the flavor? I use my slow cooker quite a bit in the summer to avoid turning on the oven. This sounds like a delicious dish. Thanks for all of your yummy recipes you've contributed throughout the years!!! I make your Apple Lasagna often. vabreeze Started 07/01/2013 at 5:31 PM in Recipe Swap LilBitMissty 5950 Posts Joined 12/15/2009 Washington State Hi friends. Re: Clarification needed from Lilbitmissty on one of your recipes

Hi there - I am posting it here in case others want the recipe...hope you don't mind! I did a search over there <<<<---------- for the title, and it came up.

*I would think you would need AT LEAST a 6-qt crock pot?? Seems like lots of poundage in there, doesn't it? Ha! Maybe someone who has made it would help. There were some who did...(luvsbulldogs daughter made it and raved over it; spix also made it/big hit....)

*Posters were saying they couldn't find the sun-dried tomato pasta sauce, so LBM replied with this (Just sharing! Smiley Happy :

Mustang Shar..I have used this a couple of times..and then I added my own blend of Italian seasoning. BUT as AuntG and you mentioned, you could use regular spaghetti sauce..I have done that too and it works just as well and is easier.

Thanks, DiamondGirly! This was very helpful. Don't know why spacing is now an issue when posting. Looks like this recipe will feed a small army-- I will have to halve this recipe. Again, much appreciate your help!!!!
