I think they are good no matter what type of cracker you use. I made them with graham crackers, but have tasted them with saltines and butter crackers.  All are good.  The graham crackers make them a little sturdier.

Have made these several times, using saltine crackers. They are just like a Heath bar. They taste really good if you freeze and then eat them frozen.
