Chocolate Chip Cookie Lava Cakes
1 recipe chocolate chip cookies, found here
1 jar fudge ice cream topping

1) Preheat oven to 325F. Grease a muffin pan. Take a ball of cookie dough, slightly larger than a walnut and press into the bottom and up the sides of a muffin spot. Fill with a tablespoon of fudge topping. Now take a slightly smaller ball of dough and flatten out, place on top and press around edges to seal. Repeat until you use all of your dough.

2) Bake for about 12 minutes- or until preferred done-ness is reached Serve with ice cream.

I plan on using chocolate chip batter.
