Chocolate Chips in a Recipe!

Don't EVER let a recipe tell you how many chocolate chips to put in a recipe!  You measure that with your heart!   haha

If you are adding chips to cakes or cupcakes, make sure you use "MINI" chips...or chop them.    Otherwise they will sink to the bottom.

Coating the chips with flour seems to help the sinking issue.
