Chocolate Butterfinger Surprise Cupcakes

the surprise is that there is a mini peanut butter cup baked into the cupcake!

i made these for my boss. it's chocolate cake, w/a peanut butter cup baked into the center. then i dipped the cooled cupcakes in a layer of dark chocolate and redipped them into crushed Butterfinger bars. then i put a dollop of homemade buttercream on the top w/more crushed Butterfingers and drizzled them with the leftover dark chocolate.
