Chicken thigh recipes - please.

They were on sale at my local grocery. I searched for recipes and made chicken and dumplings. I had no idea that chicken thighs were so tender and tasty. They are my new choice for chicken. If anyone has recipes I will try them. Please no tomatoes or hot and spicy. thanks!
