Dijon Chicken recipe for the Instant Pot

I don't own the right type of cooker for this but thought you all who have the Instant Pot might want this one from a former Food Network star chef.  I pay attention to any recipe that calls for any type of  mustard and tarragon!

I have an IP, I just bought chix thighs at Aldi's yesterday and I LOVE tarragon !

 

This recipe has my name all over it!

I just discovered tarragon this past year.  What have I been missing all my life!  The aroma is fantastic!  I often add it to recipes that don't even call for it!

 

Feel free to share any tarragon recipes you have!  LOL

I poached chicken breasts last night in water with a carrot, celery, and some tarragon in it!  HOW timely!
