Chicken and Ribs with Dressing

A good friend of mine sent this to me in an email recently. It sounded so good to me. I have not made it yet but I plan to. Has anyone else ever made something like this? There were no quantities listed, just a method. It sounds pretty easy for anyone who knows anything about cooking. I'm guessing she uses chicken pieces and pork ribs. I havn't asked her. It sounds wonderful though. This is how she described in in her email to me. No quantities were given.

"One of my favorite things to do with chicken which I plan to do today, in fact, is chicken & ribs with dressing. The awesome thing about it is that it's just as easy to make for a dozen people as it is for a couple. Pretty simple: Make a batch of bread dressing. Not cornbread, bread. I use a mixture of white and wheat (no honey wheat, I don't want that sweetness). Sage, poultry seasoning, fresh ground white pepper, rosemary, thyme. Celery, onions, a couple eggs, and chicken stock. How much you make just depends on how many people you're feeding (or how many meals you want to make, lol). Do the usual, saute the veggies, tear up the bread and add the seasonings to it. Add the veggies, then the chicken stock and eggs. Put this in the bottom of your pan. If you're making enough for 2-4 people use a 9x13 pan. More than that, use a roasting pan. Season the chicken and the ribs as desired. I use some kosher salt, white pepper, and a little poultry seasoning and paprika. Keep it simple. Add to the pan with the dressing, and put in the oven. 350*, until the meat is tender. Serious comfort food."
