Chicken and Noodle Casserole

1 bag (12 oz.) wide egg noodles; 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted); 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted); 3 cups cooked chicken; 1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup shredded Colby Jack cheese; 1/2 cup sour cream; 1 cup Italian bread crumbs. Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain and return noodles to pot. Add soups, chicken, milk, cheese, and sour cream to hot noodles. Stir over medium heat until heated through. Pour into 13x9" baking dish and top with bread crumbs. Place casserole under broiler for 5 to 10 minutes or until crispy on top. Dish into serving bowls and add additional shredded cheese, if desired.
