3-5 small zucchini, cut into chunks

1 small onion, chopped

1 cup sour cream

1 can cream of chicken soup

1/2 cup margarine, melted

1 pkg.(6oz) Chicken Flavor Stove Top Stuffing Mix

2 cups diced cooked chicken

In a large saucepan, cover zucchini and onion with water. Boil for 5 minutes;drain well. Stir in sour cream and soup; set aside.

Toss margarine with stuffing and combine 3/4 cup of stuffing with zucchini mixture. Add chicken and salt and pepper to taste.

Spoon mixture into casserole dish; sprinkle remaining stuffing over the top.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
