Would anyone have Mary Beth's Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe she mentioned on air the other day? She mentioned a friend had shared with her, and she really liked it. 

Would love to try it, too.

You might try asking Mary Beth on her Facebook page.

I have a good quick easy one.  Takes about 15 minutes.  You open six cans.

One can Kirkland chicken or any brand, including juice

One can Rotel brand tomatoes with green chili

One can cream of chicken soup

One can Caribbean black beans

One can whole kernal corn, juice drained

15 0z chicken broth

All above cans are the normal 14 to 16 oz size

Put everything in pot and cook till warm.   Put tortilla chips on top after soup in  bowl your choice.  A good quick fast meal  on a cold winter night when you feel like soup fast.

I just made Tortilla soup yesterday from a recipe on Pintrist and it was wonderful.  It had quite a few ingredients but it was worth it.

It sounds good, as I happen to love this kind of soup myself. I haven't seen it, though. 

I tried looking through her blog pages, and on her Facebook page, too, and on the internet through a search, and I didn't find it or see it anywhere.

I would ask her on Facebook page-as someone else already recommended-if you want a copy of the recipe, 5thgradeteacher, to see if she has one.

Ina Gartner has a great, easy recipe for tortilla soup, but if I recall, she calls it:

Mexican Soup.  You can look for it on the Food network.  I made a large

pot of it for a party a few years ago, and it was really good and easy.
