Chicken Salad

4 cups cooked (I steam them) chicken breasts cut into small pieces

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup red seedless grapes..sliced

1/2 cup slivered almonds

1/4 cup sweet onion..minced

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 to 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise (to moisten)

salt and pepper to taste

Mix cut up chicken with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Blend well. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Chill. You may:

Serve on lettuce

Use as a sandwich spread

Serve in a croissant or in pita bread

***I like this with a fruit jello and a hard boiled egg***
