Thank you for the recipe! I made it exactly as written tonight and really enjoyed it. Next time I might try it with potato chips instead. Also, I will definitely cut back on the salt as it was a little too salty for us.

I have this same recipe in an old cookbook of mine; the recipe is called Chinese chicken salad bake. Haven't made it in ages but thanks for the reminder! I may make it again soon.My recipe calls for crushed potato chips or buttered, crushed Ritz crackers.

@Steffdoggy10 ...glad you liked it...good point on salt...I should watch that too...less is better.  @Trailrun23 ...time to fix again, eh?  Oldie but goody!  Chips or crackers on top would be good too.  Must be a classic recipe that goes way back.
