An update to the above update on this recipe----as I said the filling is the best and I will use this from now on. The crumbles were not good so I picked them off the top and then re-used the rest of the filling and put a sheet of puff pastry over top and that was sheer heaven!!! Never used puff pastry before but how simple and easy and delicious. Now I have the prefect chicken pot pie!!!!

Wagirl thanks for the update. I've never used puff pastry but will find it and give it a try.
