Oven-400 degrees

Heavy foil

olive oil

boneless skinless chicken breast

seasonong of your choice-I keep a shaker of equal amounts of salt,pepper,garlic powder

pat of butter

thin sliced potatoes, onions, carrots

more seasoning

pat of butter

bring up sides of foil-fold down from the top-fold in sides

bake on a cookie sheet for 1 hour
