Chef's Tip about dicing onions

My husband got a degree several years ago in Culinary Arts from Johnson and Wales. We write a food blog and published his first vlog yesterday, in which he demonstrates the differences between the way he learned to dice onions in the classroom versus in the "real world" of the food industry.... which, of course, proved to be a much better, more time-efficient way, in his opinion.
