Cheesey Chicken Veggie Bake

2 cups frozen mixed veggies... slightly thawed

1 14oz can of low sodium chicken broth

1/8 cup water

1 cup cut-up cooked chicken

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 can (10.75oz) condensed cream of chicken soup

1 package (7oz) elbow macaroni


1/2 cup bread crumbs (Italian style)

2 tablespoons butter or margarine melted

Heat oven to 350*. Stir together all ingredients except bread crumbs
and butter. Spoon veggie mixture into an ungreased 8 inch square
baking dish. Stir together melted butter and bread crumbs. Sprinkle over veggie mixture.
Bake 45-55 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown.
