I make a terrific cheesecake and around the holidays I am always asked to make them.. I am afraid to try and freeze them without some advice first.... (I know the stores sell them)
Is there anything special I should do before I put them into the freezer.. or would you not put homemade in the freeze at all?? The cost and the waste is what prevents me from trying.. and I think if I do I will just freeze a small portion..
I know the folks on this Board will know the answer.
TIA
