When I need celery for a reecipe, usually I need only a little, not an entire stalk. Rather than buying a stalk from the produce section, I will go to the salad bar and buy only what I need. Much less expemsive for me and no waste..

I live in Georgia and yesterday the price was $4.99 for one package at Publix and all other vegetables were high. Southern Bee
