I'm thinking I might even make half the recipe.  Do you think it would turn out all right?

@GingerPeachThat should work out perfectly well, I was thinking of doing that also and bake it in my LeCreuset pot that I got a couple of months ago from QVC.

As soon as I try it, I'll let you know.  I think I have the perfect dish to fit about half the recipe.
