There is a recipe for hot cocoa on the package of Hershey's Cocoa. I tried to copy and paste the recipe but could not get it to work.
If you do a search for the recipe it is easy to find. Sorry I cannot get it to post.

I have tried 2 different recipies:
Option 1-
*2 cups dairy free milk of choice (I found 1 part almond milk 1 part coconut milk to make a nice consistency).
*6 Tbsp Dutch cocoa OR 4-5Tbsp regular cocoa powder
*pinch sea salt
*1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Add all ingredients (except vanilla) and whisk until warm. Add vanilla and whisk until combined.
Option 2- (this is for a mix), it's "free" of everything but sugar
*1 cup sugar
*1/2 cup cocoa powder
* vanilla bean (cut in 1/2 and scrape seeds)
Put all ingredients in blender or food processor to incorporate well. You just don't want lumps!
Add to jar and wait to enjoy! To serve, add 1-1.5/Tbsp powder mix per cup of milk (any dairy free milk of choice will work, it's a personal/dietary preference). Whisk until warm and combined.
**** For both of these, I served with Dandy brand vegetarian marshmallows, so delicious coco whip (dairy free cool whip).
Personally, I preferred a little peppermint extract I'm either of them, but I know not everyone likes a mint/chocolate combination. And my ultimate favorite is adding chocolate cherry Baileys!

@Mellyg is your option 2 missing a word, 1/2 cup ?

Thank you, @mizree . I appreciate you noticing that, especially since it was the chocolate! And I just gave someone a speech today about "proofreading their work".
